Limited spots are available! Is your athlete ready to train like a true elite? The Elite Sprint Speed School is designed for serious sprinters and hurdlers (ages 14-18) who want to push their limits and excel in every aspect of speed training.

Our Elite Sprint Speed School starts on September 23rd and runs every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 4:45 PM. This isn’t just any training group; it’s a community of driven athletes working toward greatness. And when we say “elite,” we mean it—that’s how we train.

By signing up, you’ll go through a process to ensure your athlete is the right fit for this highly exclusive group. Only those who are ready for the challenge and the commitment will join our ranks, ensuring every athlete gets the attention and high-quality coaching they deserve.
