Accessing Your Purchase
Digital products and training materials may be delivered by email, through a website, through a member portal, or through another platform identified during checkout.
If you have not received access after completing a purchase:
- Confirm that your payment was successfully completed.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout.
- Contact Support if you still cannot access your purchase.
Billing and Subscription Support
If you purchased a recurring subscription or membership, your payment method may be charged automatically according to the billing frequency shown when you enrolled.

- Resolving duplicate or incorrect charges
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges after the cancellation becomes effective. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid unless required by law or specifically stated in the offer you purchased.
Refunds
Because Sprint Speed School provides coaching services, digital materials, training programs, and customized intellectual property, some purchases may be nonrefundable once the service has begun or the digital product has been delivered.
Unless a specific offer states otherwise:
Digital products and downloadable programs: Sales are final once access has been provided.
Customized training plans: Sales are final once development of the customized plan has begun.
Subscriptions and memberships: You may cancel future renewals at any time, but previously charged subscription periods are generally not prorated or refunded.
In-person or scheduled services: Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund eligibility may depend on the terms provided when the session or program was booked.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from receiving what you purchased, contact Support so we can review the situation.
Athlete Safety and Training Questions
Sprint Speed School provides athletic performance training and education. Our programs are not medical treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Athletes should stop training and seek appropriate medical attention if they experience significant pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, injury, or other concerning symptoms.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a minor athlete is medically and physically able to participate.
Parents and Minor Athletes
Many Sprint Speed School programs are designed for youth and high school athletes.
A parent or legal guardian should make purchases, create accounts when required, provide consent, and manage personal information for children when required by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Sprint Speed School without appropriate parental authorization, please contact Support.
